Some days, getting through
takes everything.
Perhaps you’re still showing up for work, family and everyone else. But when there’s finally a moment for yourself, you have nothing left to give.
You stop, but don’t
feel rested.
You sink into the couch, scroll or watch TV, yet your mind keeps going. Work follows you home and the next day already feels heavy.
Small things become
hard conversations.
You’re snapping more, withdrawing or feeling misunderstood. You care about the relationship, but finding the energy to connect feels difficult.
Everyone needs you.
You need a breath.
You keep saying yes, feel guilty taking a break, or aren’t sure how to ask for what you need. There’s little room left for yourself.

It’s hard to settle
when life feels
like a storm.
Work, relationships and our own wellbeing move through different seasons. Some feel steady. Others bring pressure, distance or changes we didn’t choose.
A difficult season can change, but you don’t have to wait for it to pass on its own. Together, we can explore what’s happening, what you need and which changes are possible.
Space for what comes next.
Learn how to pause.
Practise switching off.
Knowing you need a break is one thing. Learning how to settle into it can take practice. In our sessions, we can explore grounding techniques and practical ways to move out of the rush of the day.
Come back to
the present.
Explore gentle grounding, such as noticing your surroundings or the support of the chair beneath you. We’ll practise together and find approaches that feel comfortable.
Make space
to switch off.
Build a small end-of-day routine, notice what keeps your mind busy, and explore ways to step away from work and responsibilities when it’s time to rest.
Find words for
what you need.
Practise expressing your needs, setting boundaries and approaching difficult conversations. Make room for connection without ignoring your own limits.
Learn in a supportive space, from the comfort of home. Online sessions let you practise in familiar surroundings. Choose somewhere private where you feel safe and comfortable. We’ll go at your pace, and you can pause or change an exercise at any time.

Hi, I’m Jordan.
You don’t need to have
the right words.
I offer a warm, thoughtful space to talk about what’s been building up. We can make sense of patterns, explore what matters to you, and practise strategies that fit your actual life.
My background in education and wellbeing has shown me how much people carry quietly. I’m particularly interested in supporting people who keep going for everyone else and find it hard to step back.

A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong?
No. You might simply feel worn out, disconnected or unsure what needs to change. We can start there and work out what you’d like support with together.
Can I learn grounding techniques online?
Yes. We can explore and practise grounding together by video, using your surroundings where helpful. You can tell me what feels comfortable, and we can adjust or stop an exercise. There is no single technique that suits everyone.
Do you work with couples?
This page offers individual counselling for adults experiencing relationship difficulties. You attend on your own. If you’re looking for couples sessions, ask me about finding an appropriate service.
What do I need for an online session?
A device with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a private place where you feel comfortable speaking. Headphones can help with privacy. The session is held by video.
What happens in the free conversation?
We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, you can ask questions, and we can explore whether counselling with me is a suitable fit. It lasts 30 minutes and is free for new clients, with no obligation to book another session.
Tell me a little about your season.
A few words are enough. Let me know how to reach you and what you’d like support with. You can save the personal details for a session.
I usually reply within one business day.
